Right of Withdrawal
You reserve the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, without needing to specify a reason.
The withdrawal period extends to fourteen days from the day you or a designated third party, who isn’t the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your withdrawal rights, you need to notify us (RedExchange GmbH, Siegesstraße 21, 80802 Munich, +49/89/23713620, ruecksendung@juui.de) with a clear statement (like a mailed letter or email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. While not mandatory, you can use our provided sample withdrawal form for this purpose.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply ensure that your communication regarding your exercise of the right to withdraw is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Implications of Withdrawal
Upon cancelling this contract, we'll promptly refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the most economical standard option we offer). This will be done without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day we’re informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We’ll process the refund using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur fees for this refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Unless mutually agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to:
- Goods made to consumer specifications, or those that are personalized,
- Perishable goods or goods that can quickly expire,
- Sealed goods which are not fit for return due to health or hygiene considerations once opened,
- Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items,
- Alcoholic beverages with agreed prices at contract time, but can be delivered 30 days post-contract, with fluctuating market value beyond our control,
- Sealed audio or video recordings or software if unsealed after delivery,
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
Return Modalities and Costs
Kindly ensure goods are adequately packaged when returning to our address (RedExchange GmbH, Siegesstraße 21, 80802 Munich). Use our return portal for easier shipment. Do note, direct return costs are your responsibility as stipulated in § 357 paragraph 6 sentence 1 BGB.
