Where can I view the status of my delivery?
You can view the current status of your shipment in your account. Log in via the "My Account" icon at the top right of the website. Via the menu item Orders you can see your order overview and by clicking on the order number you can find out details about your order.

How can I return my order?
In case you want to return your order or only a part of it, you can do so within 14 days after the arrival of the delivery via our returns portal: To the returns portal

When do I get my money back in the case of a return?
As soon as we have received your return and it has been approved, your money will be refunded. We will transfer the purchase price of your returned items back to the payment method you selected when placing your order. This can usually take 3-5 business days after the return arrives at our returns center.

Are your products original merchandise?
We guarantee that you get only original goods of the highest quality. In addition, we sell only products approved in the EU. Thus, you need not worry about the quality of the products offered by us.

My delivery was not complete or damaged, what now?
Mistakes are annoying, but also human. If you have something wrong with your delivery, please contact us via our contact form.

Where can I redeem discount codes?
Discount codes can be entered after you click "checkout" in the shopping cart, in the checkout process that follows, in the right column under your products.

I-can't-login-to-my-user-account-what-now?
If you have forgotten your password and want to set a new one, please click on the "My Account" icon in the upper right corner. In the following login area, you can click on "Forgot password" under the password input field and set a new password.

Can I change my shipping address?
You can easily change your shipping address in the "My Account" section. There you can in the lower area under "Account Details" either edit an existing address or add a completely new one.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we offer PayPal, purchase on account, credit card, bank debit and prepayment. Credit card, bank debit and purchase on account are handled by our payment service provider Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account for this. 

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Germany, Austria and all other EU countries including Norway.

With which shipping service provider do you work?
We offer standard shipping with DHL.
