Here you will find everything you need to know to return your delivery to us: Return under the statutory right of withdrawal
- If you are a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
- The services received within the framework of the revocation are to be returned within 14 days after submission of the revocation declaration.
- You bear the costs for the return within the framework of the revocation.
- We have prepared a cancellation form for you. Fill it out and enclose it printed with your return. Alternatively, you can send the completed PDF to ruecksendung@juui.de via email.
- Please return the items to us in their original packaging. A return shipment of the items without original packaging does not prevent the exercise of the revocation. However, we can then demand compensation from you.
- Articles that have been opened or on which the seal has been broken can unfortunately not be returned within the framework of the revocation. This means that there is no right of withdrawal for such items and we can not refund you the purchase price in this respect. We ask for your understanding and point out that this corresponds to the current statutory right of withdrawal.

- Have we delivered you defective or wrong items, please contact us (info@juui.de) - we will clarify this with you. The statutory right of withdrawal exists without prejudice.
