Main active ingredients:

0.1% retinol (vitamin A derivative):
Has a strong anti-aging effect, stimulates the synthesis of collagen and elastin in the cells of the epidermis, effectively improves skin elasticity, fills and smooths wrinkles.
Bakuchiol:
Is a natural and vegan alternative to retinol, strengthens skin collagen and improves its structure.
Truecica Complex:

Application:
After cleansing and toning, place sheet mask on face and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Dab off remaining essence or gently pat into skin. Important: do not wash off! Then continue with the other steps of your K-beauty routine. Ideally use in the evening, as retinol increases the skin's sensitivity to the sun.

Important note on the ingredient retinol (!):

In any case, you should first test the product on an insensitive area, e.g. the back of your hand for tolerance.

It has proven effective to use products with retinol once a week at first in order to gradually accustom the skin to them. With increasing habituation, the product can then be used 2-3 times a week, possibly even daily. In addition, it is a good idea to incorporate retinol into your skin care routine in the evening, as it increases the skin's sensitivity to the sun. When using in the morning, be sure to always use a sunscreen after using products with retinol. Products with retinol should also never be used after previous laser treatments or peels.
